We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Aboriginal Client Liaison Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to clients with complex support needs.

About the Role:
  • This is an Identified role open only to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander persons.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and external service providers to make referrals where additional support requirements are identified.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Providing advice and assistance on housing options based on assessment of eligibility and client need.
  2. Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Working collaboratively with internal specialists and external service providers to make referrals where additional support requirements are identified.

You will be required to possess a minimum Provisional 2 NSW Driver's Licence and a willingness to travel to and work with clients in their home.
