Executive Branch Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Branch Manager to lead our Customer and Asset Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering customer management and asset services across the ACT property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across government and industry to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Lead customer-focused service delivery to improve community outcomes.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and sustainable workplace culture.
  • Oversee effective procurement and property management practices.
  • Provide strategic advice on accommodation and property matters.
  • Promote collaboration and a unified organisational approach.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead a high-performing team.

This is a strategic role with a strong community presence – requiring a people-focused, collaborative, team-based, hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead customer management and asset services across the ACT property portfolio.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer outcomes.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement and well-being.

- Provide expert advice on procurement and property management practices.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, public administration).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a government or public sector organization.

- Strong understanding of customer management and asset services principles.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
