Customer Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused delivery specialist to join our dynamic team at Canberra Airport. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to airlines and passengers.

The ideal candidate will have a clean MR or HR driver's license, with the ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks and maintain a safety-first mindset. You will be required to communicate effectively with airline cabin crew and coordinate with dispatch aircraft timings and flight delivery allocations.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to airlines and passengers.
  • Load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens, ensuring discrepancies are followed up.
  • Guide and position the trucks in line with company policies.
  • Communicate and coordinate with airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery hand over.
  • Coordinate with dispatch aircraft timings and flight delivery allocations.
  • Administrative documentation, reporting and general cleaning duties as required.
