Service Delivery and Innovation Lead

This leadership role presents a unique opportunity to oversee service delivery, improvement, and innovation initiatives. As part of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

The Role:
  • Support the IT Service Improvement Manager in delivering service delivery, service improvement, and service innovation objectives.
  • Identify areas for efficiency gains and implement automation opportunities to streamline service delivery and customer experience.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, managed service providers, and internal teams to deliver end-user support services.
  • Lead a team of process analysts and provide guidance on operational procedures and workflows.
Requirements:
  • Experience in service delivery or related roles (preferably 2+ years)
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities or have project management experience
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills
  • Motivated and capable of working in a fluid and evolving environment with a track record of achieving results
  • Take ownership of tasks and be accountable for actions while demonstrating sound management of a small team
