About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a diverse team of 10+ professionals in a customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and enhancing strategic relationships with team members.

Key responsibilities will include progression & development, management & leadership, customer service delivery, and efficiency through coordination.

Specifically, the successful candidate will:

  • Provide weekly 1-on-1's, team pathway action items, A-team meeting, and monthly department reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for improved customer service delivery.
  • Continually interact with team members to find out what they need to achieve their objectives.
  • Implement best practices and equip the team to meet company efficiency targets.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative manager or team leader role responsible for leading a diverse team of 10+ professionals.
  • Demonstrated track record in building and enhancing strategic relationships with team members.
  • High standard of professionally created/presented documents in Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to drive a customer-centered mindset and outcome-focused solutions.
