Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects across various industries and managing teams of IT service resources.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in managing large enterprise environments, with a focus on quality delivery and compliance measurement. You will also be responsible for building close and effective working relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent quality delivery, managing teams of IT service resources, and preparing accurate documentation to track services progress. Additionally, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve processes for better client and team results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager in large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing teams of IT service resources to deliver to required SLAs.
  • Preparing accurate and timely documentation to track services progress.
  • Identifying and realising opportunities to improve processes for better client and team results.
