Sustainability Relations Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Relations Manager to join our team at Coles Group. As a key member of our Group Sustainability team, you'll play a critical role in influencing positive change and supporting a more sustainable future for our communities, shareholders, and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and coordination of our supplier engagement program, ensuring alignment with Coles' environmental objectives.
- Mentor and lead a newly created team to drive sustainability performance across our suppliers.
- Drive communication between suppliers, contract owners, and industry bodies to identify and drive opportunities for Coles suppliers to support the sustainability objectives of Coles.
- Oversee the delivery of supplier engagement communication and event activities, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
- Be a subject matter expert in relation to Coles' supplier-related environmental targets, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project reporting and budgets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
About You
You'll have a minimum of 8 years' experience working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and consultants in a corporate environment, with a strong background in project management and team leadership. You'll possess excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
