Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our Legal team at Coles Group. As a key member of our ER team, you will provide strategic leadership and advice on employment and industrial law matters to support the business's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ER advice for new business initiatives and projects
- Manage the bargaining cycle for multiple enterprise agreements, including strategy formation, planning, negotiation, and implementation
- Play a leading role in enterprise agreement negotiations and advocacy at the Fair Work Commission
- Monitor the external ER environment to identify key trends and issues impacting Coles
- Identify and manage compliance work and regulatory authority matters
- Engage with external trade unions, employer associations, and other relevant parties
About You:
We are looking for a strong ER professional with a proven track record in employment law and industrial relations. You will have excellent stakeholder management, networking, and influencing skills, as well as experience in negotiating enterprise agreements and dealing with unions and industrial tribunals.
