We are seeking an accomplished HR Director to join our Senior Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR functions, with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • Lead the development of our people strategy and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Provide expert advice to the Leadership Team to enable a safe, inclusive, and highly engaged workplace.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  2. Lead, anticipate, and be at the forefront of challenges and opportunities that shape the delivery of our strategic plan.
  3. Motivate others to embrace change and minimize any people risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • A deep understanding of HR functions and a strategic mindset.
  • Proven leadership experience in HR, with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a critical role that will report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for developing the people strategy and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the charity.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in leading teams and implementing organizational change.

Purpose of the Role:

  • To provide strategically minded and delivery-focused expertise to the Leadership Team.
  • To lead, anticipate, and be at the forefront of challenges and opportunities that shape the delivery of our strategic plan.
  • To motivate others to embrace change and minimize any people risks to the organization.

This post is 22.5 hours flexible over 3 days which is part-time against full-time hours of 37 per week.

The salary is £53,615 to £59,829 pro-rated for 22.5 hours per week.
