HR Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as Head of Human Resources.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can lead the development and implementation of our HR strategy, driving business outcomes and enhancing organizational performance.

  • Lead the HR function, providing expert guidance and advice to senior management and executive teams on employment and industrial relations matters.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our overall business strategy, focusing on diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, remuneration, benefits, succession planning, and performance management.

You will work closely with our global team to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across cultures and borders. Your strong leadership skills and experience in project management will be key to delivering high-quality results and achieving business goals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree or similar qualification, combined with several years' experience in senior or leadership positions within HR.
  • Excellent project management and situational leadership skills.
  • Strong deductive and problem-solving ability, with a proven track record of delivering results and encouraging improvements.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence with all levels of staff and management, managing conflicting priorities and promoting an inclusive perspective.
