People Culture Leader

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for creating a culture of continuous improvement across our organisation.
Purpose of the RoleThis is a key position that requires an expert in Human Resources to provide advice to our Leadership Team on all aspects of HR, including Learning and Development, Health and Safety, and Facilities Management. You will play a critical role in shaping our organisational culture and ensuring we achieve our strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with our charity's goals and values;
- Lead and manage the HR team to deliver excellent service to staff and stakeholders;
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management;
- Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion;
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organisational change initiatives;
- Manage and mitigate risks related to people, such as recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
