Site Manager Role

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring construction meets high standards of quality and compliance with building codes.

  • Daily site inspections to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate records, invoices, and job programs to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Facilitating onsite meetings and reporting on job progress, status, costs, and future programs to stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining effective service delivery by trades and suppliers.
  • Auditing, promoting, and enforcing safe work practices and quality control to minimize errors and risks.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for waste reduction, minimizing extras, and optimizing processes while working closely with the Construction Management Team. Your passion for delivering high-quality results and commitment to safety will drive success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager, Supervisor, or Leading Hand.
  • Ability to interpret building plans, engineers' reports, and specifications effectively.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working in the building industry.
  • Upbeat personality with a team-oriented approach.
  • Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite and other relevant programs.
  • Trade base with ability to develop professional relationships.
  • Ability to manage competing targets and deadlines efficiently.
