Job Title

This role involves overseeing the renovation and ensuring effective budget control. The Residential Construction Project Manager will work with homeowners, property owners, project coordinators, sub-contractors, technicians, and other stakeholders to monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, collections, and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company's principles of honesty and integrity.
  • Maintain compliance with all company processes, policies, better business practices, and laws in jurisdictions where the company operates.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist team members when needed and foster positive working relationships.
  • Work with Foremen, In-House Tradesmen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators to facilitate collaboration and communication during restoration projects.
  • Coordinate Tradesmen and review estimates for the restoration portion of assigned jobs.
  • Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings, and Net Promoter Score.
  • Track metrics during goal setting and review meetings.
  • Confirm budget and work orders before project commencement.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Build partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.
  • Participate in the collections process.
  • Work in various conditions.
  • Follow on-call rotation protocols.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-3+ years residential/commercial construction experience.
  • RPM 2 – Expert certification.

Travel and Physical Requirements:

  • Regular travel to job sites is required, with occasional overnight travel possible.
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs., frequent lifting of 20-100 lbs.
  • Moderate to extreme temperatures and noise levels.
  • Remaining stationary for prolonged periods.
  • Operating machinery and/or power tools.
