We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as our Building Services-Laundry Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our laundry department and building services.
- Maintain adequate supply inventories and place orders for cleaning supplies, paper products, linen, and contract cleaning services.
- Keep accurate records of vendor communication, purchases, and manifests.
- Provide hospital laundry productivity reports and linen inventories using proprietary software.
- Maintain staff time and attendance records and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Perform duties within the prescribed limits of the hospital's Ethics, Compliance, and Confidentiality Program guidelines.
- Operate within professional Scope of Practice at all times.
Requirements:
- Two years' experience with basic computer workstation skills handling office communications.
- Preferred: Four years' experience as an administrative assistant.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of college education.
- Advanced computer workstation skills combined with strong communication skills.
