Customer Experience Strategist
Description:The University's Global and Regional Division plays a pivotal role in connecting globally and locally, driving strategic intent in markets and communities.
As the Customer Journey Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing channel engagement and conversions by overseeing audience planning, customer insights, and campaign activities across various channels to optimize the student recruitment, application, and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute segment, journey, and recruitment strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Create domestic segment audience strategy, promotional campaign strategies, and tactical plans spanning the entire marketing mix.
- Prioritize and lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with content, paid media, web, and digital specialists.
- Design and implement customer-specific journey mapping and process discovery.
- Align with Director of Marketing to develop product/interest area CVPs with corresponding marketing strategies that are insight-led and compelling.
Successful applicants will have:
- A degree in marketing/business, management, design, or a related area, accompanied by extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent alternate combination of knowledge, training, and/or experience.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage customer data and insights for integrated marketing efforts.
- In-depth understanding and experience with buyer behavior and segmentation practices, including customer journey mapping, audience personas, digital marketing systems, user experience methodologies, and digital marketing tactics.
- Skill in developing innovative solutions and contributing to strategic planning.
