Job Title: Loyalty and Customer Experience Specialist

About the Job:
At our organization, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences across every channel. As a key member of our Customer Marketing Team, you'll play a vital role in shaping this strategy by designing and executing automated customer journeys that deepen engagement, increase retention, and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and optimize automated campaigns (email, SMS, in-app, etc.) that guide customers through personalized lifecycle touchpoints.
  2. Translate marketing and customer segment strategies into actionable programs that enhance customer relationships and deliver measurable results.
  3. Contribute to the mapping of customer journeys, identifying friction points, and using automation to deliver seamless, consistent, and relevant digital experiences.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure loyalty and automation programs are aligned, integrated, and on-brand.
  5. Monitor performance metrics like open rates, retention, and customer lifetime value, sharing insights and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, automations, and/or digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or collaborative environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing automated customer journeys across email, SMS, and digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, customer service, and IT/digital teams.
