Requirements:

  • Proven Culinary Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong Culinary Skills: Proficiency in classical and modern cooking techniques, menu planning, and food presentation.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation: Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures, including HACCP and allergen management.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Capacity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
