Junior Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our culinary team as a junior sous chef.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in demic chef/chef de partie roles, with relevant tertiary qualifications such as certificate IV in commercial cookery. They will also have strong knowledge of produce, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff at lower levels, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Handle and report incidents promptly, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Manage food costs within parameters set by the company, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
