We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Junior Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to the needs of our guests immediately, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Liaise daily with senior chefs to formulate priorities and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in the kitchen as directed, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Minimize wastage at all times, adhering to our commitment to sustainability.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Assist in training and development of junior staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Act on behalf of senior chefs in their absence, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Perform a range of cooking duties, from basic preparation to specialized cuisine, or supervise and train other cooks and kitchen employees.
  • Ensure adherence to established standard operating procedures at all times, upholding our commitment to consistency and quality.
  • Promote a learning environment and professional atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
  • Carry out additional duties as directed by senior chefs, supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain personal appearance in line with our grooming standards, presenting a positive image of the establishment.
  • Foster harmonious relationships with colleagues, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
