Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen staff at a vibrant alpine resort. The successful candidate will have previous culinary experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and attend to the needs of guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to develop daily priorities and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Minimize waste and maintain a high level of productivity throughout your shift.
  • Assist in training and development of junior staff members and support the implementation of new procedures.
  • Act on behalf of the head chef when absent from the kitchen and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Engage in general or specialized cooking duties, including butchering, baking, and pastry preparation, and supervise and train other cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines, including those related to food handling and preparation.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
