About the Role

As a member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and presentation of dishes to a high standard, ensuring presentation is visually appealing and meets our culinary expectations
  • Maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and kitchen safety standards
  • Leadership and mentorship of junior chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and success within the team
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably in a similar position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
