Support Life Enhancement Specialist

We seek experienced professionals to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities.
This role requires high care experience, a Certificate III in Disability or above, and a current Working with Children check. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to self-supervise and remain calm under pressure.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients, providing tailored support and assistance to enhance their daily lives. Every day will present opportunities to take clients on outings, assist with medical appointments, and provide companionship in their homes.
To succeed in this role, you must have a fully insured and reliable vehicle, a clean Australian driver's license, and be punctual. A genuine interest in working in the disability sector is essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries.
