Support Specialist for Enhanced Quality of Life

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Ability to provide personal and domestic care to clients with disabilities
  • Passion for respectfully empowering and caring for others
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organisational ability
  • Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
  • Availability to work at least 2-3 weekdays per week
  • Previous experience working as a support worker or similar (preferably)

The ideal candidate would possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (an advantage)
  • Familiarity with Chinese meals
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check and Working With Children Check
  • Current or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Female Chinese speaking staff highly preferred due to client request

Remuneration details include:

Hourly rate: $31.46 - $38.08

Job Type: Casual

Work Schedule: Shift work

Bonus and commission available
