Life Enhancer Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Life Enhancer to join our team at the Macquarie Park Shalom Centre. As a valued member, you will play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of our residents through engaging social, recreational, cultural, and wellbeing programs.

About the Role:

As a Life Enhancer, you will be responsible for creating meaningful experiences for our residents by tailoring activities to reflect each person's unique interests and values. Your work will support mental health, foster independence, and celebrate individuality.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver engaging social, recreational, cultural, and wellbeing programs for residents
  • Work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to deliver exceptional care and quality of life
  • Tailor experiences to reflect each resident's unique interests and values
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification
  • Relevant Aged Care experience in a similar role
  • The ability to navigate computer systems and willingness to participate in ongoing education
  • A current First Aid certificate and valid driver's license
