Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Services Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading teams, managing day-to-day operations, and driving process optimization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the B2B Key Account representative team in Australia (Oceania)
  • Fostering a positive team atmosphere, enhancing team professional capabilities and service standards
  • Guiding the team in exploring and implementing innovative customer service solutions
  • Effectively translating company's overall customer service strategy into daily operational goals and action plans
  • Deeply understanding and optimizing Order Allocation logic and Order Auto Release principles
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term, stable cooperative relationships with internal and external customers
  • Providing timely, professional, and strong support to customers

Responsibilities include but not limited to resolving complex customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues, proactively identifying pain points and improvement opportunities in existing service processes, and driving process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership role within customer service, account management or related operations
  • Proven leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams, improving performance, and successfully leading teams in exploring and implementing innovative solutions
  • Strong background and solid practical experience in B2B account management, order processing, dealer services and related operations
  • Excellent cross-level and cross-departmental communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focus, problem solving, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Industry knowledge, proficient in using various CRM systems and Office software
