Add expected salary to your profile for insights Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our Innovation division.This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving high-impact change initiatives and leading a team of Business Analysts to deliver high-quality business outcomes.
The role is critical in shaping the way TGE delivers innovative solutions aligned to business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery initiatives that align technology and process solutions with business strategy Mentor, guide and uplift a team of Business Analysts Facilitate complex workshops to capture and communicate business and technology requirements Act as a strategic consultant and advisor to senior stakeholders across the business Deliver clear and detailed documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate across Innovation, Delivery, Architecture, and Vendor teams to drive outcomes Cultivate strong relationships with executives, vendors, and delivery partners Ensure high-quality business analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle About You: Minimum 8 years' experience leading business analysis in large technology or business transformation projects Proven experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments Strong skills in business process modelling, solution design, and stakeholder management Exceptional written and verbal communication and facilitation skills Experience managing and mentoring Business Analysts Ability to lead concurrent strategic initiatives and BAU activities Strong documentation skills including standards for requirements, user stories, and traceability Experience engaging with cross-functional delivery teams and third-party vendors Familiarity with portfolio and program management concepts Desirable Qualifications and Experience: IIBA, CBAP, AAC certification or formal Business Analysis training PRINCE2/PMBOK certification or equivalent project delivery methodologies Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Technology, or related discipline Experience across various domains including finance, operations, digital, and mobility Why Join Team Global Express: Play a key role in driving digital and operational transformation across a national network Be part of a values-led, people-first organisation with a strong innovation agenda Work in a hybrid and flexible environment that supports growth and leadership Additional Information We believe nurturing a diverse and inclusive workplace, which celebrates different points of view and gives everyone the chance to contribute, as we build to a bigger and brighter future.
