Mobile Lending is a dynamic role that requires exceptional leadership skills to foster strong customer relationships and drive business growth.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE NEW BUSINESS GROWTH AND SUPPORT CUSTOMER NEEDS.
  • DELIVER OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, ENSURING CUSTOMERS FEEL CONFIDENT AND SUPPORTED THROUGHOUT THE LENDING PROCESS.
  • COLLABORATE EFFECTIVELY WITH TEAM MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE COMMON GOALS AND EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.

**Requirements:**

  • MINIMUM 2-3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN A CUSTOMER-FACING ENVIRONMENT, PARTICULARLY IN LENDING.
  • DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE HOME LENDING PROCESS AND ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE COMPLEX INFORMATION CLEARLY.
  • EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD TRUST AND FOSTER LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS.
