In the role of a Lead Business Lending & Client Services, you will join the Medfin Customer Delivery Team that's doubling down on winning together

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Be responsible for supporting a team of fulfillment-based specialists to drive positive customer outcomes by supporting our front-line colleagues.
  • Organisation and allocation of workflows into the Business Lending & Client Services Queues.
  • Generate loan documentation and process settlements and payments
  • Follow operation practices to ensure consistent and accurate outcomes within Service Level Agreements.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing a team
  • Prior operations experience preferred.
  • Charisma, drive, high-energy and a passion for building high performing teams.
  • An ability or the potential to inspire and foster a high-performance culture where people feel valued, respected, and driven to perform at their optimal level all day, every day.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sound stakeholder engagement
