In the role of a Lead Business Lending & Client Services, you will join the Medfin Customer Delivery Team that's doubling down on winning together
Responsibilities
Be responsible for supporting a team of fulfillment-based specialists to drive positive customer outcomes by supporting our front-line colleagues.
Organisation and allocation of workflows into the Business Lending & Client Services Queues.
Generate loan documentation and process settlements and payments.
Follow operating practices to ensure consistent and accurate outcomes within Service Level Agreements.
Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing a team.
Prior operations experience preferred.
Charisma, drive, high-energy and a passion for building high performing teams.
An ability or the potential to inspire and foster a high-performance culture where people feel valued, respected, and driven to perform at their optimal level all day, every day.
Strong communication skills.
Sound stakeholder engagement.
