Job Description

We are seeking a Business Partner to lead the delivery of our wellbeing framework at the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have the drive and passion to ensure great safety and wellbeing outcomes.

The role is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement of workplace health and safety management systems and practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing workplace health and safety management systems and practices
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address health and safety concerns
  • Monitoring and reporting on health and safety performance

This is a permanent full-time role based in our office. We offer a supportive work environment with flexible work arrangements.

Frequent travel across the region and occasional interstate travel will be required.
