**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure ISO45001 and ISO9001 compliance through meticulous audits and innovative policies.
- Lead Integrated Management System audits with precision and propose groundbreaking improvements.
- Provide expert WHS advice to foster a Safety-First culture.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Hazard Management Programs with a fresh perspective.
- Deliver engaging WHS training and integrate innovative safety practices into the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and adopt innovative document control practices.
- Monitor WHS performance and inspire continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present insightful safety reports that inform data-driven decision-making.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-site WHS roles with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of WHS Act, Regulations, and Codes of Practice.
- Strong risk management skills and WHS policy expertise, with a focus on developing and auditing ISO-compliant Management Systems.
- Leadership, management, and a passion for continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence within the organization.
- Practical experience in safe work practices and incident management, with a focus on contractor management systems.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Effective time management and conflict resolution abilities, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of WHS legislation and standards, with a focus on staying ahead of industry trends.

**Decision-Making Authority**:

- Authority to drive safety, compliance, and innovation throughout the organization.
- Ability to counsel employees with empathy and review audit results with a critical eye, ensuring thorough analysis and informed decision-making.
