Senior Industrial Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Relations Specialist to join our Sydney team on a permanent, full-time basis.
About the RoleThe role involves providing expert advice on all aspects of industrial relations, employment, discrimination, WHS, whistleblowing, and modern slavery.
Your Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on industrial relations matters, including litigation across various Courts and Tribunals.
- Manage a robust and diverse workload autonomously and within a team.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality work standards.
- Develop and participate in business development initiatives to drive growth and innovation.
- At least 8 years PQE with demonstrated experience in senior associate/special counsel roles.
- Strong expertise in employment law and industrial relations matters gained within a reputable commercial law firm.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in supervision and mentoring of junior staff to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
- A high degree of initiative, dedication, and commitment to client service excellence.
