The Employment Relations and Safety practice is growing nationally, advising private and public sector clients on complex litigation and advisory matters within workplace and industrial relations. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, delivering expert advice and solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice across the full spectrum of workplace and industrial relations, with a focus on litigation and complex cases.
- Work on employment and WHS matters, delivering practical solutions for clients.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Collaborate with partners and senior team members to support client matters and practice development.
- Senior Associate level with experience in employment and WHS matters, strong technical skills, excellent communication, commercial acumen, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated passion for career development in employment relations and safety.
