Job Overview

The Key responsibilities of the Business Growth Manager role include:

  • Achieving sales targets through lead generation, client acquisition, and successful tendering for medium to large contracts.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the commercial, healthcare, retail, and industrial sectors.
  • Managing and optimising costs to meet expectations while driving revenue growth.
  • Conducting cold calls and lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the management team to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Reporting on sales performance and market trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Competitive Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in hunting new business, ideally within the services industry. They should also have strong sales acumen, ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skills, and a proactive, innovative, and results-driven approach.
