Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work closely with Australian Defence Personnel who experience work incapacity due to suffering injury or trauma. Your primary location will be at the RAAF base in Ipswich.

The ideal candidate will have current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ESSA and experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes. You will also have excellent time management and organizational skills and an unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate.

  • Complete functional capacity evaluations
  • Conduct assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments and activities of daily living
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve a recovery at work
  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
