Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

A career as a Rehabilitation Consultant with us means you will have the opportunity to work with Australian Defence Personnel who experience work incapacity due to suffering injury or trauma. You will be based in one location and work set hours, collaborating with internal Rehabilitation Case Managers, Doctors, Allied Health professionals, and employers to influence and guide your clients to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete functional capacity evaluations
  • Conduct assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve recovery at work
  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals

About You

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes
  • Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans
  • Clinical experience in conducting assessments
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
