As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will drawing upon your clinical skills and support people throughout their rehab journey. You will be rewarded with real tangible outcomes. A vital link helping our ADF achieve specific health goals to be able to return to service.
- Perform worksite assessments;
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals;
- Case management - Implementing and monitoring rehabilitation plans.

A unique opportunity, Acumen is the only rehabilitation service provider to ADF personnel. When supporting ADF clients on-base, you can enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am - 1:30pm on Fridays. **What will make you successful**:

- Full membership (or eligibility for membership) with AHPRA, AASW, ASORC/RCAA
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing or Social Work
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
