Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Australian Defence Personnel who have experienced work incapacity due to injury or trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete functional capacity evaluations to assess clients' abilities and provide recommendations for rehabilitation plans.
  • Conduct assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living to develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with internal Rehabilitation Case Managers, Doctors, Allied Health professionals, and employers to achieve clients' goals.

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ESSA.
  • Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes.
  • Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans and conducting assessments.
