The Rehabilitation Consultant will work with Australian Defence Personnel who experience work incapacity due to injury or trauma.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments, including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living.
- Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve recovery at work.
- Complete functional capacity evaluations and conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals.
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ESSA.
- Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes.
- Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans and conducting assessments.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate.
