About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Contracting Coordinator to join our dynamic contracting team at Helloworld Travel Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and reviewing annual contracts for our Inbound and Wholesale brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Sourcing and Negotiation: Source and negotiate annual contracts and tactical offers with suppliers, ensuring clear guidelines are provided to the Content Team for accurate loading.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain accurate supplier information, communicate product updates to relevant stakeholders, and respond to supplier and internal stakeholder inquiries.
  • Problem Solving: Problem solve complex issues and work with suppliers to successfully negotiate the resolution of issues.
  • Project Management: Undertake ad-hoc projects as required, demonstrating ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Requirements
  • Destination Knowledge: Good knowledge of Australia and its tourism industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tourplan database system.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and deliver results.
  • Teamwork: Proven team player with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
