About the Role

The Land Access Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and successful access of activities being undertaken within the field by Transmission Company Victoria (TCV) and Delivery Partner personnel. This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the access of activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and procedural requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track land access agreements and field work requests according to procedures
  • Collaborate with experts and leads on special access needs, security, and regulatory conditions
  • Review documentation for accuracy, ensuring data integrity for regulatory purposes
  • Conduct security risk assessments, work with the security team on resource needs, and authorise field deployments
  • Oversee training compliance, issue authorisations, and support logistical needs for access requests
What You Will Bring

The successful incumbent possesses strong knowledge and understanding of land access and health and safety legislation, along with experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and resource allocations. Skills in communication, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive culture will support decisions that prioritise TCV's brand and reputation.
