About the Role
The Development Coordinator - Land Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the retail team in regard to the packaging and release of exclusive and non-exclusive lots.
This role will see our team be kept up to date with the latest information in regard to available land across Victoria, which is vital to our overall strategy when it comes to house and land packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Land Release Management: Prepare and release new stage releases via our proprietary system, ensuring timely and accurate information is disseminated to stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Development Partners: Assist in releasing exclusive House & Land packages, fostering strong relationships with key partners.
- Land Availability Monitoring: Continuously monitor and update the status of land availability in our system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide comprehensive reporting on sales and house and land data, informing business decisions and driving growth.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate invitations to relevant developer events, facilitating networking opportunities and business development.
- Administrative Support: Offer general ad hoc administration support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrate a collaborative working ethic, with a true team player attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Initiative and Self-Motivation: Display initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Construction Industry Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable, but not required.
