We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Contaminated Land Consultant to join our team at Victoria's Big Build. As a key member of our contaminated land management team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve business targets, including building a pipeline of projects and opportunities across various sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including within our new service offerings, and secure contracts.
- Be a key contact for clients in Victoria and support local business leaders and portfolio leaders throughout the Australasia region.
- Coordinate and lead large and complex site investigations, risk assessments, decommissioning, and remediation projects.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience in contaminated land management and remediation within a consulting business environment.
- Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, geology, engineering, or a similar area.
- Certified practitioner (e.g. CEnvP SC, CPSS CSAM).
- Experienced project manager.
- Relevant experience in the delivery of projects across a broad range of design stages and construction.
