Job Title: Intake Officer

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum

 

About the Role

This is a new and exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Home Care team in Adelaide. As an Intake Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Care package team with new client referrals, participating in community campaigning and advertising our services, and monitoring new referrals to book appointments for new potential clients.

 

Main Duties

  • Aged care Portal management and picking
  • Weekly reporting and meeting intake KPI expectations
  • Meeting with clients and members of the community promoting our services

 

About You

  • You will have excellent communication skills and sales experience, as well as strong computer literacy and an understanding of Homecare package funding.
