This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customer Experience team and be responsible for:

  • Working closely with colleagues to support the delivery of relationship management services to internal and external customers.
  • Analysing customer satisfaction feedback and other related data to identify trends and issues and preparing reports to support decisions relating to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting the effective and efficient delivery of key Customer Experience initiatives by providing high-level administrative, governance, and organisational support.
