About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Specialist to join our team in Parramatta. As an Account Specialist, you will play a key role in developing client relationships, managing daily operations, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including time sheets and health & safety compliance
  • Collaborate with recruiters to facilitate a smooth interview and placement process
  • Act as mobile support for various client accounts, showing resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
About You
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, eager to learn and grow
  • Driven by a passion for client management and skilled at relationship building
  • Positive, team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • High achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment where success is measured by results
  • Commitment and stability in previous roles
  • Driver's license
