Job Title:

A Human Resources Business Partner is required for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension, to be based in Perth CBD.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment processes will be led end-to-end in accordance with Government policy and legislation.
  • People strategies, policies, and practices will be developed, implemented, and evaluated.
  • Consultancy and advisory services on people management matters will be provided by interpreting awards, agreements, and relevant legislation.
  • The annual performance development and management process will be coordinated, including providing training and guidance.
  • Employment contracts will be managed and prepared.
  • Corporation-wide learning and development initiatives will be led, including managing the learning management software (ELMO).
  • Work health and safety (WHS) requirements will be assisted in managing, and change management processes will be delivered.
Essential Requirements:

An HR professional with a wide range of experience is required, including workforce planning and developing HR strategies, policies, and systems.

  • Proven ability to provide HR consultancy based on knowledge of contemporary HR management practices, trends, and legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly developed report writing, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
