Human Resources Generalist Role

This is a pivotal role in supporting effective Human Resources Management through HR business processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical part in collaborating with employees and leadership to achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with Branch Management to develop workforce planning strategies and address staffing needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on recruitment, onboarding, and Workday navigation.
  • Provide expert advice and support on HR matters to branch leaders, ensuring the consistent interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain accurate HR reporting and analytics to inform business decisions regarding key performance indicators such as turnover, recruitment, performance reviews, employee engagement survey, training, and compensation.

Required Attributes:
  • Proven experience in a related HR position, preferably in heavy industry, construction, or mining.
  • Qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

This role requires travel to our Western Australian operations and regular attendance at our Hope Valley offices.
