Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working closely with field sales teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with field sales teams, ecosystem partners, and customers
  • Qualify new business leads and forward them to the field team or ecosystem
  • Utilize CRM to manage opportunities and account planning
  • Identify new fields of play and opportunities to position CommScope as the lead solution of choice
  • Execute call out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers
  • Maintain and expand our database via SFDC
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of previous selling experience in the IT industry
  • Basic knowledge of IT industry and networking products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Willing to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings
