About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Commercial Service and Repair function, you will be responsible for identifying and securing direct sales opportunities for our service-related products.

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will work closely with our Sales Management team to develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, will be essential in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet revenue and attach rate targets
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Create customer sales quotes and participate in contract negotiations
  • Administer, extend, and negotiate standard and nonstandard contracts
  • Collaborate with Sales Management in forecasting monthly and quarterly sales
  • Develop creative service and pricing solutions to complex hospital scenarios
  • Maintain customer files and complete accurate information in databases
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in negotiating service contracts within medical technology product/service sales or working in a hospital contracting department
  • Demonstrated success with sales process, lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • A willingness to work across a complex matrix structure with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong negotiation skills and a solution-focused mindset
